South Korea's chief nuclear negotiator Noh Kyu-duk is holding talks in Tokyo this morning with his U.S. and Japanese counterparts Sung Kim and (Ta-kay-hero)Takehiro Funakoshi.
They're likely to discuss ways to manage the Korean Peninsula in a stable manner following North Korea's recent test-firing of cruise missiles.
There has also been speculation the North may have restarted its main nuclear reactor.
The envoys are also set to discuss providing the North with humanitarian aid in a bid to bring the regime back to the negotiating table.
Noh will meet with Sung Kim separately after the three-way meeting.
