Good morning. Depending on where you are, you will either need an umbrella or some sunblock on the last day of the work week. Rain clouds have been dropping showers in southern regions and will continue through most of the day.
5 to 20 millimeters for most of the southern regions, Jeju, which already saw more than 100 millimeters of rain yesterday will see another 40 millimeters of on and off rain through tomorrow.
Meanwhile, those of us in the central region can enjoy some much anticipated sunshine with warmer highs. Morning temperatures are similar to the same time yesterday, Seoul, Daejeon and Gwangju at 20 degrees Celsius.
Afternoon readings overall will be 2 to 4 degrees higher. Seoul will go up to 29 degrees, Gwangju to 28 degrees. So big gaps in the readings between lows and highs.
The weather looks promising for this weekend except for eastern Gangwon-do and Jeju with yet more rain in store.
That's Korea for you and here's a look at weather conditions around the world.
