Good morning. It's been raining heavily in central parts of the country since yesterday dropping more than 100 millimetersand right now Jeollabuk-do Province is being hit hardest, receiving 30 millimeters an hour.
In fact, Jeolla-do Provinces and the rest of the central regions could see heavy rain into this afternoon with up to 120 millimeters coming in showers.
So a rain advisory remains in place across central regionswhile the rain warning in Chungcheongnam-do Province has been lifted. Conditions though will improve in the afternoon.
Temperature-wise, highs will be slightly higher today while parts of Jeju and Gyeongsangnam-do Province remain under heat wave advisories with highs to hover around 30 degrees Celsius. Seoul will go up to 25 degrees.
Southern regions and Jeju will see rain into Friday while more autumn monsoon rain is in store next week.
