The autumn monsoon rain continues tonight with showers in most parts of the country. The Seoul metropolitan area is only seeing some isolated showers tonight, though. This is because more rain clouds are clustered across the South of the country. Heavier showers will be seen for Chungcheong-do Province and southern regions.
The coastal areas of Jeollanam-do Province and mountainous regions of Jeju Island will see about 100 millimeters. Parts of Chungcheong-do and Jeolla-do provinces can expect about 30 to 80 millimeters. The Seoul metropolitan area and the surrounding regions can expect about 20 to 60 millimeters. Most of the rain is forecast to taper off by the morning.
That excludes the capital and Chuncheon, where there will be light showers for the morning hours. Lows will range from 23 to 25 degrees Celsius nationwide.
Daytime highs will be similar, or up to 3 degrees higher than today's. Seoul and Chuncheon will get up to 28 degrees. Daejeon and Busan 30 degrees.
After this round of showers, nationwide rain is in the forecast for Friday.
That's all for now, and here are the weather conditions around the world.
