Tropical Storm Lupit, the 9th typhoon of the season, formed southeast of Hong Kong on Tuesday night, and is forecast to bring torrential rain to Southeast China and possibly approach Japan's Okinawa Prefecture in the coming days. Another storm 'Mirinae' is forecast to bring rain and wind to Tokyo over the weekend. We'll keep you updated.
