Thunder and lightning may also follow, so please be aware.

This round of showers will taper off by tomorrow dawn, which is Children’s Day. And less humid air mass will return on Thursday, which will make for a cool, breezy start.

As you get ready to head out the door tomorrow morning, you can once again leave the sunglasses at home, as we are tracking mainly cloudy and rainy spells.

Meanwhile, strong wind alerts are issued across all of coastlines tonight. Higher-than-normal sea levels are expected, so please stay away from water.
