The film "Minari" directed by Korean-American Lee Isaac Chung, won a Golden Globe last week, and now has clinched two more honors at this year's Critics Choice Awards.
At the Critics Choice Awards held Sunday in Los Angeles, "Minari" was named Best Foreign Language Film, and the eight-year-old Alan Kim won Best Young Performer for the grandson in the film.
The movie was nominated in 10 categories, including Best Supporting Actress for Youn Yuh-jung, who plays the grandmother.
"Minari" tells the story of a Korean immigrant family that moves to Arkansas in the 1980s to pursue their American dream.
