South Korea reported 398 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday, all but 17 of them local transmissions.
The health authorities have also released the first draft of a new social distancing model that's a little more flexible and simple.
Instead of five levels, there will be four.
The level will be decided base on the number of daily cases per 100,000 people. If applied now, for example, the country would be at level two, which would allow gatherings of up to eight people.
Also, at level two, businesses would not be forced to close, except for certain nightlife venues.
But, at level three, there would be restrictions on business hours, like their are now.
One approved, this new model will apply once cases fall to a number low enough for level one.
