Vaccinations using AstraZeneca's COVID-19 vaccine will begin in the coming hours for medical staff at major general hospitals, starting with Seoul National University Hospital.
While vaccinations for medical staff were initially scheduled to start next Monday, some hospitals have decided to begin earlier as vaccines arrived earlier than expected.
Medical staff treating COVID-19 patients in these hospitals will receive the Pfizer vaccine.
