South Korea continues to battle the aftermath of the third wave of COVID-19, on Sunday reporting 416 new cases.
That's a slight drop of around 30 cases from the day before, but the authorities attribute that in part to fewer tests being done over the weekend.
Of the new cases, 391 were local and nearly 80 percent of those were in the capital region.
Clusters around the country continue to grow, including at a major hospital with 201 cases so far and other clusters at work places.
Authorities will be analyzing the situation over the past week to decide on any further adjustments to the social distancing rules.
