There was a drastic drop in temperatures here in South Korea and tomorrow will be even colder.
Let's go to our Lee Seung-min at the Weather Center.
Seung-min, it feels like winter has suddenly arrived in the space of just one day?
Well, Conn-young. After the autumn rain let up yesterday, we have now moved one step closer to the winter season. Today, highs were about 13 degrees lower in the capital and we'll be expecting another winter-like day tomorrow. This is because a blast of cold air that was behind the rainclouds has settled into the Peninsula after the rain. And in terms of the air quality, the nation will see generally 'good' levels.
Tomorrow morning will be colder than today. Seoul will start off at one degree Celsius. Chuncheon will be cold at minus three degrees.
We'll be seeing overcast skies for the daytime. Seoul will reach 12 degrees, Daejeon and Daegu at 15 degrees.
On Sunday, lows will temporarily hike back up as we have another bout of rain in store nationwide. Next week, temperatures will start to feel like early winter with Seoul seeing sub-zero temperatures. Make sure to dress warmly.
On both the east and west coasts, high waves are forecast. Waves could come up the shore much farther than usual, so please stay away from the water.
That's all for now, and here are the weather conditions around the world.
