Now the latest in the U.S. presidential election
The state of Georgia has wrapped up its audit of the vote and has confirmed that the Georgia was won by Democrat Joe Biden.
The Georgia Secretary of State's office released a statement on Thursday saying that the full manual count of all votes showed that the initial machine count was accurate.
The type of audit that was done only confirms who got the most votes and does not change the actual vote tally.
The original count had Biden ahead by only 0.3 percentage points, so under Georgia law, President Trump can request an official recount if and when the result is certified by the Secretary of State.
