North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has made his first public appearance in more than three weeks, presiding over a politburo meeting on Sunday.
Kim reportedly reprimanded a Workers Party committee from the Pyeongyang University of Medicine for committing what he called "a serious crime," the details of which were not reported.
Also discussed at the politburo were measures against COVID-19, but there were no comments on the U.S. presidential election.
Kim's sister Kim Yo-jong was at the meeting as well.
