North Korea may conduct a variety of provocations to send a message to presumptive U.S. President-elect Joe Biden. in a bid to ensure the North remains a top foreign policy priority for Washington.
That's according to a senior fellow at the Brookings Institute, who warned during an interview with CNBC that the regime could conduct a nuclear or long-range ballistic missile test in the coming weeks.
An analyst at The Economist Intelligence Unit also agreed the regime will do something to get the U.S. to pay attention to the regime.
The regime launched missiles shortly after the inauguration of both the Obama and Trump administrations.
