Now to the closing numbers on the market,
U.S. Stocks traded higher Tuesday, with investors hoping that lawmakers might succeed in coming to an agreement for more stimulus ahead of the November election.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average and the S&P both rose more than point-4 percent.
The tech-heavy NASDAQ climbed point-3 percent to finish at 11,516.5.

Oil prices, climbed, with Brent Crude rising point-3 percent.
WTI rose 1.5 percent to 41-dollars 46-cents a barrel.
