The Plastic Bag Store is set to open in New York City, where plastic waste is made into art installations.
The store looks like a regular grocery store, with items like soda, tomatoes and sushi rolls.
But if you at items closely, they are actually made of single-use plastic bags collected from the city.
And some products are relabeled with puns, such as 'bag-acado rolls' instead of avocado rolls.
"There are humorous and satirical takes on everyday products that highlight the amount of waste that we're using, and the environmental problems related."
The pop-up store is meant to raise environmental awareness, as its opening was planned to coincide with the state's ban on all plastic bags, which came into effect this week.
