The number of daily COVID-19 infections in South Korea is below one-hundred for the third straight day following the Autumn holiday period.
Quarantine authorities reported 58 new cases as of Sunday midnight,
bringing the accumulated number of infections to 24-thousand six-hundred-and-six.
Over the last two weeks, the country has observed two national holidays for which authorities implemented special prevention measuresand urged members of the public not to attend large family gatherings.
Officials are set to announce a readjustment to the current social distancing measures on Sunday afternoon.
