Good morning, it's the last week of September with the Chuseok holidays starting this Wednesday. Big gaps in readings will persist across the country while lows in Daegwallyeong in Gangwon-do Province have dropped to near freezing at 3.5 degrees Celsius so dress extra warmly if you are near the area.
In fact, it's a much chillier morning for the south and east of the country. Daegu and Chuncheon at 11 degrees, Gyeongju at 10 degrees under mostly sunny skies.
Top readings though will rise quickly to reach into the mid-twenties, making wide temperature gaps of over 10 degrees in many regions. Daegu and Gyeongju at 24 degrees.
Now, there is rain in the forecast during Chuseok holiday. On Wednesday, central regions and Jeollabuk-do Province will see rain while the east coast could see rain on Chuseok morning on Thursday.
