Skies were somewhat overcast in the capital today, but the cool autumn breeze was most welcome.
Let's turn to our Lee Seung-min at the Weather Center.
Seung-min, I hear another bout of rain is in store for tomorrow?
Well, Conn-young. We’re seeing cloudy spells in central regions tonight and sporadic showers are lingering in the south. Until tomorrow noon, expect five to 40 millimeters of rain in southern regions and up to 100 millimeters in mountainous areas of Jeju Island. A stagnant rain front covering the area may bring thunder and lightning, so please be aware.
Morning temperatures will start off a bit lower than today's. Seoul will start off at 17 degrees Celsius.
The daytime will be sunny across the nation, excluding Jeju Island where periodic clouds will linger. Seoul will reach 23 degrees. Daejeon 24, Daegu 25 degrees.
For the weekend, the nation can expect relatively clear skies and a cool autumn breeze. Highs will stay in between 23 to 25 degrees in the capital. But keep in mind that morning lows will continue to drop by a degree every day. So, make sure to dress warmly when you're heading out.
Meanwhile, air quality across the Peninsula is set to stand at level 'normal' to 'good' for the next few days. But please remember to keep your masks on for your safety and the safety of others.
I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.
