Time now to get a check on the weather, so let's go over to our Lee Seung-min at the Weather Center.
Seung-min, rain in the capital area has eased but it's currently raining in some central regions and inland areas. These showers are expected to continue until dawn tomorrow. What can you tell us about that?
Right, Conn-young. Rainclouds have formulated in central regions and they've now expanded throughout Jeollabuk-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do provinces. The amount of rain forecasted is 5 to 20 mm in central regions. Elsewhere, less than 5mm is expected and rain is due last until tomorrow morning.
But in areas where no rain is in forecast, temperatures are to soar to above 30 degrees Celsius tomorrow. In the latter half of the week, Seoul will also be seeing highs close to 30 degrees.
Amid tomorrow's sunny spells, the UV ray index will soar to ‘very high’ levels in most of the nation, so do wear plenty of sunblock. The Meteorological Administration advises you to avoid outdoor activities from 10 am to 3 pm.
Tomorrow, Seoul will begin the day at 17 degrees, Daegu and Busan at 18.
Daytime temperatures will be higher than today's with Seoul at 27, Daegu 31 and Busan 25.
For Korea's neighbors, Tokyo will see highs of 29 degrees with periodic clouds.
I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.
