Good morning. March looks to end on a bright and balmy note on Tuesday. Temperatures will hover way above the seasonal average across the country.
Meanwhile, central west regions could see high levels of fine dust in the morning so keep an eye out for that, while a dry weather advisory is in place for those regions including Seoul for the 4th day in a row.
We had sunny skies to kick off the day but more clouds will move in later. A balmy afternoon is in store with highs ranging from 16 to 21 degrees Celsius.
Jeju as well as Korea's south and east coasts will see rain from late tonight into early Wednesday morning while the capital will remain sunny and warm. But be prepared for the big temperature differences between the lows and highs.
