Good morning. Cherry blossoms have already started to bloom in Seoul. That's the earliest point since record began back in 1922, because of higher temperatures and good amounts of sunshine. Today looks to be another day fine spring day just be aware of big temperature differences between the lows and highs.
It's a single digit cool morning to kick off the day in most regions, under bright skies in Seoul and Chuncheon the rest of the nation getting brighter as the morning goes on.
Afternoon temperatures will be marginally higher than Sunday ranging from 15 to 18 degrees Celsius. Some western regions see higher levels of fine dust.
Typical spring weather will continue this week with wide gaps in the readings, but the highs will hover above the seasonal norms under mostly sunny skies.
