South Koreans are celebrating the Lunar New Year this weekend, and for most, that means driving out of town to see family, and usually heavy traffic.
Today, the Korea Expressway Corporation estimates more than 800 thousand cars will be heading into or out of the capital area mostly into it.
Traffic, it said, was relatively light in the morning, but is expected to peak at around 4 or 5 this afternoon.
It'll clear up in the wee hours of Monday morning, by around 2 or 3 AM.
The estimated travel time from Busan back to Seoul, for example, is about 5 hours and 50 minutes, which is about an hour longer than usual.
