Let's start with the murky skies hanging over South Korea.
Emergency fine dust reduction measures have been imposed for a second straight day in Seoul and its surrounding areas and in Chungcheongbuk-do Province.
But in addition to that, the Ministry of Environment has issued such measures in seven more cities and provinces, including Busan and Daegu, for Wednesdayas fine dust levels are expected to be "bad" or "very bad" across the entire nation until later in the day.
In many regions, grade five emission vehicles will be banned from the road until 9 PM.
Violators will face fines of about 85 U.S. dollars.
The measures also prohibit the operation of public sector vehicles and public sector workers' vehicles with license plates ending in even numbers.
