Once you press the button on this dog potty, the dirty pad automatically rolls inside.
This so-called 'rolling toilet' replaces dirty pads with clean ones with just one push, so pet owners don't have to clean up the dirty pads with their bare hands.
This ingenious invention was created by a normal housewife, and was on display at the '2019 Life Invention Korea' at COEX on Friday, along with 25 other products that can improve people's daily lives.
Hosted by the Korean Intellectual Property Office, and organized by the Korea Women Inventors Association, the annual event awards the most market-worthy invention every year.
The event allows anyone to become a creator, and invites them to present their own creative ideas, and realize that those ideas could ultimately enrich the lives of many others.
"The name of my invention is 'Terrarium'. I came up with this invention to help those who are experiencing difficulties raising aquatic pets. 'Terrarium' is equipped with an automatic water changing system as well as water quality testing kit."
The Korea Women Inventors Association supports the costs of development and prototype manufacturing for women inventors, and also offer consultation services related to start-ups and marketing.
Around 130 inventions have been commercialized through 'Life Invention Korea'.
"Inventions come from ideas in life. Anyone can start with a simple idea, and become an inventor. We help women find and develop their own creative ideas, and get intellectual property rights, so they can participate in various economic activities."
"With the support of the Korean Intellectual Property Office and Korea Women Inventors Association, creative women are taking the business world by storm, and making their mark as successful inventors and entrepreneurs.
