In an epic men's Wimbledon final on Sunday, world number one Novak Djokovic captured his fifth Wimbledon title, and his second in a row, with a thrilling victory over eight-time champ Roger Federer.
In a match that lasted nearly five hours, the 32-year-old Serbian outdueled Federer over 5 sets, with the final set ending in 13-12 (3) [THIRTEEN-TWELVE-THREE] in favor of Djokovic.
The latest victory was also the third major championship match that Djokovic saved two match points to defeat the Swiss legend.
With the historic victory, Djokovic is now the proud holder of 16 Grand Slam titles.
