Leaked phone call between leaders of S. Korea and U.S. is "unacceptable": FM Kang Updated: 2019-05-25 12:09:47 KST

South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha says that authorities are investigating the recent leak of a phone conversation between presidents Moon Jae-in and Donald Trump.
Kang made the announcement on her return to Seoul on Saturday, saying stern disciplinary measures will be taken following the probe.
This comes after a diplomat at the South Korean Embassy in Washington leaked details of a phone conversation between the South Korean and U.S. leaders to an opposition member of the Korean parliament.
The foreign minister had previously said that the leak may been deliberate and that she feels responsible for the damage incurred on public trust.
