And according to the Korean National Police Agency on Tuesday, there were 3,2-hundred-12 traffic accidents caused by drunk driving from January to March this year --- a 35 percent decrease from the same period last year.
This follows the implementation of the Yoon Chang-ho Act last December, giving longer prison terms to those who cause death while driving under the influence.
