Throughout the evening, Seoul and the surrounding areas will get 1 to 5 centimeters of snow, while heavy precipitation is expected in Gangwon-do Province. The rest of the southern coast will get between 5 and 30 millimeters of rain with gusty winds.
The rainstorm will clear up before Saturday, so by tomorrow afternoon, Korea will be under mostly clear skies. Meanwhile, clouds with occasional showers are expected in Tokyo.
Seoul will be waking up at 0 degrees Celsius, Chuncheon at minus 3, while Daegu and Gyeongju begin at 3 and 2 degrees respectively.
The weather will be pleasant by the afternoon, as the nation's temperatures get a boost into the teens.
The southern regions will see more spring showers next week, and a nationwide downpour is in store by the middle of the week.
