Good morning, commuters in the capital area will notice some snow flurries until mid morning, but it won't affect the dryness in the air nor cause the mercury to drop. In fact,readings will go up slightly higher than yesterday while morning lows will remain on the chillier side for next couple more days.
We are expecting fine dust to blow into the country, westerly winds will trigger toxic dust boosting fine dust levels in central western regions and Jeolla-do Provinces.

Taking a closer look at today's temperatures, morning lows in most areas are kicking off well below zero, a few notches higher than Monday, mostly sunny skies will dominate.
Daily highs will rebound to positive territory but it will be couple notches higher than seasonal norms in Seoul, getting up to 4 degrees this afternoon, mid to upper single digits for most areas.
