It's not every day that you bump into state leaders on your subway commute home.
But, commuters in India were in for a pleasant surprise when they saw South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on their way to the outskirts of New Delhi to inaugurate Samsung's new mobile phone manufacturing plant, the biggest in the world.

Congratulating the South Korean tech giant better position itself in competing with rivals such as China's Xiaomi in the world's fastest growing mobile phone market, President Moon noted the factory alone will create 2-thousand jobs and even more at its 50 plus suppliers.
