Over in Korea's port city of Incheon, fire engulfed a chemical processing plant this morning.
At least one minor injury was reported: a firefighter whose truck was caught up in the flames.
According to the Incheon Fire Department, an emergency call was registered at 11:57 AM this morning from a passerby who noticed "pillars of black smoke" from the chemical factory. A factory worker told the police that in the process of moving containers with used oil, the oil suddenly caught flame.
The fire department deployed all available forces to deal with what it called a "level three" emergency, the highest on the alert scale.
