The nation's defense ministry held a briefing for foreign defense officials.
The one-hour seminar covered the Moon administration's North Korea policy and vision, the ministry's preparations for the inter-Korean summit and for the possible meeting between the heads of Washington and Pyongyang.
Also highlighted was the South Korean government's peacemaking efforts and commitment to reducing tensions.
The ministry explained that the policy briefing will be held once every three months to enhance cooperation and understanding with the militaries of other countries.
This latest event was attended by the military attaches of some 30 countries.
