Good morning. It's quite cold this morning, when you step outside you will notice the much colder air. In fact, the first cold wave advisory of the season is in place for some inland regions as the weather agency issues alerts when the temperature drops more than 10 degrees Celsius in a single day.
A fine dust advisory was in place for many parts yesterdaybut we can look forward to much better air quality thanks to the cold and wind. Expect to see mostly sunny skies throughout the day, and it will help to boost the highs in the afternoon.
But dress extra warmly, it feels like winter this morningSeoul saw a low of 3 degrees, while Daejeon woke up to a low of 2 degrees.
In contrast, highs won't drop much compared to yesterday just couple notches lower, getting up to 16 degrees in Seoul and Daejeon, while Daegu and Jeju will rise to 18 degrees.
Another band of rain is in store on Friday afternoon and that will bring more chillier air to the nation, with lows plummeting to the low single digits this weekend.
